Security is not an add-on phase. Every system we build is designed with threat modelling from day one — whether the brief mentions security or not.
Fixed scope means fixed scope
We don't do 'we'll figure it out as we go'. We scope carefully, commit in writing, and deliver what was agreed. If scope changes, we renegotiate — we don't silently inflate.
