We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry and, where you have opted in, to send research updates and product announcements. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Anonymised analytics data is used to improve our website and understand which content is most valuable to our audience.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months to maintain context for ongoing business conversations. You may request deletion at any time by writing to us at the address below. Research subscription data is deleted within 30 days of unsubscription.

Cookies

Our website uses strictly necessary cookies required for navigation and security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you have opted into analytics, a single anonymised session cookie is set. You may disable cookies in your browser settings without losing core site functionality.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies: Google Fonts (typography), Vercel (hosting and edge network), and optionally Telegram for research delivery. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

Your rights

If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, you have rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data transmission is encrypted via TLS. We do not store sensitive financial or trading data on behalf of clients — that remains on your own infrastructure.
